If you’re someone who likes to eat cookie dough by the spoonful, this is for you!! Plant-based, easy, and a great way to start your morning!

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

  • 3 tablespoons cashew butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Dash or two of cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips or dark chocolate chunks

1. Mix together in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning warm or cold!
