Mocha Almond Fudge Overnight Oats
These overnight oats are nice and chocolatey, with a bit of a caffeine kick and an extra protein boost from some creamy almond butter. The best treat to wake up to in the morning!
Ingredients (serves 2)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup cold brew coffee
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1. Mix in a bowl or jar, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
2. In the morning, enjoy cold! Top with dark chocolate chunks, a drizzle of almond butter, or some almonds if desired!
